The customer had been in a partnership with a company that created Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management Software. The customer inherited the customized Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management Software from the bankrupt company, but it required customization in order to meet the specific needs of the customer. The customer did not have the staff required to further customize the software, and needed a vendor that could complete the changes incrementally.

Rose provided project management and IT resources with experience in the Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management Software to provide the necessary enhancements. Rose provided plans for individual projects to provide enhancements in the incremental manner required by the customer.

Rose successfully implemented the enhancements for the customer, including enhancements that were required with a short notice. This provided considerable saving to the customer as well as important enhancements that were required for the software.
