Introduction

As the budgets tighten at all levels of government, our State and Federal governmental agencies are faced with very unique challenges; implementing new and innovative programs to deliver better services to the tax payer. We need to find a way in our agencies to help them achieve this with fewer financial and other resources. Adding to the challenge, are the changing regulatory rules and federal mandates, as well as rising costs across the board. Rose is well versed in such complexities, and in partnering with states to help them navigate through such challenges to deliver outstanding value to taxpayers.
