Job Description


Expertise:

•Comprehensive knowledge of API technologies, direct connection processes, and the hospitality or travel industry

• Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting and resolving API connectivity issues

• Capability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, driving API integration projects and ensuring partner success

•Outstanding organizational and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and partners concurrently

• A forward-thinking mindset, focused on discovering new growth avenues and enhancing partner relation



Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate and enrich the sales pipeline for new API partnerships by continuously seeking growth opportunities, exploring diverse channels, and employing unconventional approaches with a forward-thinking mindset

• Analyze data and utilize data-driven recommendations to identify and action on strategic opportunities to drive increase in sales

• Prospect, onboard, and optimize new API partners, ensuring seamless technical integration and supporting the growth of hosts and listings

• Be creative and proactive in educating, training, and supporting newly onboarded partners and listings to ensure their success and quality

• Continuously seek new ways to scale the business, bringing a creative and innovative mindset to all aspects of the role

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to map out the entire API ecosystem, identifying all potential opportunities and ensuring a continuous pipeline of prospects

• Cross-functional partnerships within regional operations to fully understand local supply strategies, ensuring API partnership efforts are effectively aligned to support growth
