Job Description
***Only qualified Staff Accountant candidates located near Milwaukee, WI area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Education:
• BA in Accounting
Minimal Experience:
• Experience using accounting principles and facilitating the preparation and use of accounting reports and statistical analysis
• Experience with accounting & finance processes & systems.
• Experience using spread sheeting software.
Required Skills:
• Assisting with regulatory reporting, special projects, month-end close responsibilities including reporting
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• SAP knowledge a plus
• Strong excel skills

• Uses appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to build constructive relationships with customers, business units, service organizations and other stakeholders to meet shared goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
• This is an intermediate level accounting position.
• Determine, implement and perform specialized accounting under intermittent supervision.
• Performs work that is of average or above average difficulty and responsibility in connection with the preparation and/or maintenance of a variety of financial statements, internal reports, statistical statements and analyses.
• Apply predetermined accounting policies of operations and procedures that are relatively stable and established but can act independently to research and implement accounting issues and implement new policies and procedures within and outside of the accounting and finance (A&F) area.
• Performance requires the application of knowledge acquired through progressive experience in a professional position.
• Will need to work beyond regularly scheduled work hours for timely completion of projects and to manage month end reporting.
• Typically resolves a range of problems from straightforward to complex that may or may not have routine solutions; some independent discretion; Operates under moderate supervision. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
