Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
• 1 year of experience in a professional/administrative office
• 1 year word and excel
• Previous law firm office preferred
Research Assistant Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Determine needs of instructors giving exams and assign proctors accordingly.
• Communicate with proctors and coordinate availability with instructor needs.
• Maintain database of proctoring events and assignments. Check and respond to proctor emails.
• Communicate with departments regarding course evaluation needs.
• Create and update training documents. Provide one on one training to department coordinators.
• Provide quality customer service to customers from outside the department by determining their needs, interpreting, and explaining guidelines on a variety of services.
• Troubleshoot issues to streamline processing and ensure accuracy.
• Propose solutions for non-standard requests. Interpret and explain statistical exam data.
• Maintain courteous attitude at all times.
• Prepare and scan exams and upload free-response data images to Gradescope.
• Troubleshoot problems.
• Explain process to new clients using Gradescope guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned
