Job Description
Education: Minimum H.S Diploma and some relevant experience



Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Telephone skills, organization, self-motivation.



Desired Skills: SAP software (supply ordering), document retention.



Roles and Responsibilities:



• Support Training Center Staff

• Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Must be able to work independently, self-empowered

• Must be detailed oriented, good organizational skills, and customer service oriented

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks

• Serve as a liaison between Field, Zone and National Management

• Responsible for tracking approximately 35 cars in rolling stock inventory (Vehicles), ordering, receiving and preparing vehicles for auction

• Maintain accounts payable and generate purchase requisition(s) for shop and office inventory.

• Maintain office supplies for the Training Center

• Manage entire office when Coordinator is out

• Handle all mail distribution, incoming/outgoing

• Coordinate training schedules, E-enrollment and student tracking for approx. 1,200 technicians.

• Complete weekly and monthly reports tracking Training Center utilization, Instructor effectiveness, student training seats and Module competition

• Assist with scheduling and training seat allocation for field distribution.

• Ensure all allocated seats are filled for each training session

• Maintain a current list of technicians scheduled for upcoming sessions

• Prepare all necessary information needed for weekly IST classes, including set up

• Assign e-numbers to non-technicians and add new technicians to database for dealerships to ensure training can be tracked properly

• Manage students’ data (DPTS), update training history as needed

• Help maintain 25 computers and 3 printers; troubleshoot problems via assistance of the Computer Customer Support Center

• Serve as a liaison with the Facilities Manager, reporting problems/issues regarding any mechanical malfunctioning of the Training Center

• Must be well versed in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)



Daily Tasks:



• Office Supply inventory check and or ordering, Classroom set up and organization.

• Communication with dealer’s Associates. Management of technician enrollments.

• Vehicle inventory verification.



Position Factors: (work environment): Air-Conditioned Office Space, and Automotive Shop.
