Requirements

• Resource should be proficient with Microsoft Office application in addition to Adobe Pro/BlueBeam, SharePoint and OneNote.

• Resource should have 5-7 years of previous administrative experience.

• Should also poses strong customer service and communication skills.

• Should be positive, engaging, and proactive (doesn’t have to be asked).

• Resource should be a team player.

• Must have strong organization and coordination skills.

• This resource should have a valid driver’s license as they may be required to run errands for the site.

• Would like to see job site/construction trailer experience so that they have an understanding of the environment.

• Resource will be required to wear closed toed shoes.



Responsibilities

• This position is for a site admin for Rocky Mountain solar build located in Keenesburg, CO.

• This resource will be working out of a construction site trailer.

• The site will mobilize in August; however, they hope to have a resource identified before then.

• This resource will be responsible for greeting visitors that comes in, in addition to supporting project teams (manager/engineers), supporting contractor safety, general admin tasks to support the team that will be onsite throughout the project.

• This resource will also be ordering supplies, pool vehicle maintenance records, maintaining/stocking coffee area, scanning reports/inspections, setting up meetings/ensuring technology is working, helping set up/mobilize site trailer. This resource may also sit in on team meetings.

• Resource may also assist with material delivery receipt and working with site contractor.

Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail, compiling and assembling information, creating and modifying reports, and composing basic correspondence. May work on special projects Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong organizational skills are essential. Strong communication skills over the phone, via email, and in person are required. Ability to handle routine situations with minimal direction regarding tasks to be performed/ Ability to work under deadline pressure and ability to work independently required. Experience with MS Office required.



Additional Notes

This resource will be considered more of an individual contributor, therefore, should be very self-driven and should have the ability to anticipate what needs to be done before it is asked. This comes with understanding the site, needs of the team, etc. and working to offload tasks from PM’s, etc.
