Required Experience (Must Have)

• 1-2 years of experience working in E-Commerce.

• Experience with Google Analytics 4.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/PPT & Google Sheets/Slides.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Vtex is a plus.

•We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Merchandising Assistant for an assignment with a leading communications corporation.

• In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all Client Shops are presented along brand guidelines and optimized to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

• This role will also partner with website development and editorial teams. The ideal candidate must possess an attention to detail and enthusiasm for being part of a “start-up” type of business.



Key Responsibilities:

• Own the site maintenance process for the websites, including updating homepages and collections, project management of creative/marketing assets, managing promotions and outreach, and site merchandising.

• Organize and categorize products appropriately on the website using merchandising rules and categories to improve visibility.

• Partner with the Category Management and Editorial teams for online product curation strategy and ensure products are merchandised effectively for upcoming marketing, promotions, etc.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for site needs, including but not limited to Creative team, Digital Marketing, Editorial, CMM, etc., to ensure appropriate merchandising is executed.

• Execute promotions and promotional performance reporting.

• Attend weekly merchandising meetings.

• Track and share weekly reports on product performance, category performance, and site search metrics.

• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive activity.

• Become proficient in the Vtex platform.
