Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma

Preferred Education:
• Associate's degree

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Required 3-5 years clerical experience with a preference for past compliance and DOT experience

Position Overview:
Support ongoing DOT and OSHA medical compliance efforts in NYS and work with Client Third Party Administrator on the implementation of Client’s Drug and Alcohol Program and DOT Commercial Drivers Program.

Job Details:
• Schedule, track, and report on onsite medical exams
• DOT physicals including needed submittals to DMV
• Audiograms including all notifications to employee's supervisors and managers
• OSHA Respirator Fit Tests
• Asbestos and Lead related exams as needed
• Create the 2025 exam plan and schedule
• Submit needed records for MVRs
• Support internal resource in making notifications and arrangements for onsite random drug testing
• Support DOT statistical reporting
