Required Experience (Must Have)

• 1-2 years of experience working in E-Commerce, email marketing, or design.

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Marigold/Sailthru.

• Elevated taste level and experience with graphic design is a plus.

Summary:

• We are seeking a talented E-Commerce Visual Merchandiser for a leading communications client. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring email marketing and site curation support are presented along brand guidelines and optimized to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

• This role will also partner with category management, creative, email, and editorial teams. The ideal candidate must possess an elevated taste level and enthusiasm for being part of a “start-up” type of business.



Key Responsibilities:

• Own the curated Product Listing Page updates and email and marketing assets for Hearst Shops, including updating collections and project management of creative/marketing assets.

• Support the email marketing teams for Client Shops email programs, including requesting asset creation from the creative team, coordinating editor-led curations with the editorial teams, and supporting filling out collections on site.

• Organize and categorize products appropriately on the websites using merchandising rules and categories to improve visibility, especially for scheduled email sends.

• Partner with the Category Managers and Editorial teams for online product curation strategy and ensure products are merchandised effectively for marketing and promotions.

• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive activity.
