Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience as a developer in IT Industry
• Minimum 3 years of hard core hands on development experience with Axiom controller view
• Knowledge & hands on expertise on various regulatory & risk reporting modules in Axiom such as (Prime reports, CCAR, SCCL, FR2052a)
• Must have the ability to create Axiom objects such As Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthand’s, Portfolios, Aggregations along with other data mapping activities
• Must have prior experience in mapping and configuring free form reports, tabular reports and automation of Axiom workflows
• Prior experience on configuring APAC taxonomy reports (Singapore, Australia) and EMEA regulatory reporting initiatives is must
• Prior experience and knowledge on US regulatory reports FFIEC031, FFIEC041, FFIEC009
• Must have prior performance tuning experience both inside the Axiom controller view as well as at the DB level
• Familiarity & hands on experience with financial & reporting data
• Good experience in Regulatory Reporting and Data Warehousing
• Proven analytical skills & problem solving capabilities
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to work closely with business partners & technology teams and having the ability to provide walkthroughs
Project Overview:
Global Regulatory system is regulatory reporting project using on premise vended product from Adenza (Axiom SL) and the scope includes regulatory reporting requirements in APAC, EMEA and NA regions. APAC & NA instances have been live in production for over an year and the current focus in on implementing EMEA regulatory reports in Axiom SL.
Axiom Developer in a fast-paced environment, must be a self-starter, comfortable dealing with clients, VERY strong communication skills
• Must have the ability to review project related documents such as BRD, FSD and understand the design and solutions architecture with minimal guidance
• Hands on development of ETL jobs, Shell scripting and delivering the functionality details in technical specifications
• Development and review of PL SQL & other DB code to support date sourcing into Axiom
• Ensuring code written meets the predefined company and departments standards
• Preparation and execution of detailed unit test cases
• Creation of Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthand’s, Portfolios, Aggregations, Fee Form and Tabular Report and workflows using AXIOM controller view tool based on Regulatory report requirements
• Migration of Axiom components from one environment to another
• Understanding the Functional documents and work with BA/Users to develop the reports
• Participating in series of development activities across various projects in Axiom space
• Participating in BAU support activities such as patch updates / enhancements to support regular filings - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
