Job Description
**Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours, regardless of physical location.**
Required Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
* At least 2 years of experience as a BI Developer
Required Technical Skills:
* Proficiency with Tableau and PowerBI for analytics visualization (Tableau experience is required)
* Familiarity with data modeling and query logic, leveraging MS-SQL or similar programming languages
* Ability to extract, integrate, and analyze data from sources such as AllScripts SCM and Infinity databases
* Experience working with Oracle Health Cerner HealthAnalytics/Population Health platforms to access and analyze data
Required Healthcare Data Expertise:
* Competence with healthcare data sets, including clinical, administrative, financial, and operational data
* Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as ICD, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, and SNOMED
Required Communication Skills:
* Strong ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and technical audiences
* Capacity to present and explain data analysis results, findings, and recommendations in a clear, relevant, and actionable manner
Preferred Experience:
* Experience in the healthcare domain is preferred - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
