Job Description
***Only qualified FileNet Architect candidates located near Chicago, IL area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
FileNet Architect will work on development projects and can also provide L3 support for Enterprise Document Management/Content Services applications (e.g. IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager, IBM BAW, Kofax Total Agility).
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of Software Development experience
• Experience with project feasibility, requirements definition, design, testing and project delivery.
• Experience with both Agile and traditional Waterfall project methodologies.
Qualifications:
• Prior extensive experience working with IBM's Case Manager and BAW products is required.
• IBM FileNet administration, development and configuration.
• Extensive experience and working knowledge on IBM FileNet, Case Manager, Content Navigator, IBM Enterprise Records required
• Experience in patching/upgrading FileNet
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Extensive experience developing applications using Java, JavaScript, SQL
• Extensive experience on a variety of application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere and Tomcat
• Extensive experience with Oracle, MS SQL databases
• Experience with Linux, Unix, Windows servers
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and provide fixes for issues reported in production environment
• Experience in tuning databases and application servers
• Experience using monitoring tools like Dynatrace
• Experience setting up or providing requirements to setup monitors and alerts
• Experience using change management tools
Desired/Nice to Have:
• Experience migrating on-prem FileNet platform to Cloud
• Knowledge on Kofax Total Agility, ICC
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Strong system administration, programming, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to provide direction and technical advice to other team members
