This role calls for a highly detail oriented and organized thinker who is comfortable working with a large cross-functional team. You will play a crucial role in brainstorming innovative strategies that enhance market share and brand visibility.



Description:

The Associate Brand Marketing Manager at Beats by Dre will be responsible for executing global marketing campaigns tied to new product launches and collaborations. They will assist in creating go-to-market plans with the goal of exciting consumers and meeting business objectives. They will be required to understand the target customer and have the ability to discern what types of strategies and communication will be relevant and motivating to them and reflects Beats’ brand positioning. Fostering external and internal relationships is a must in this role, partnering with internal cross functional peers, senior leadership and external partners.



• Assist in developing integrated marketing plans, while working closely with cross functional teams across Media, Social, Digital, PR, Sales, Creative, and Business Affairs

• Leverage consumer insights, market conditions, and competitor data to inform marketing plans

• Develop marketing and creative briefs on Keynote with a clear and concise narrative

• Own campaign recaps and external reporting in a timely manner

• Drive follow-up and follow-through with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks



Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 3-5 years in Brand Marketing with one or more category-leading brands

• World class marketing campaign experience with Tier 1 talent

• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• An agile self-starter who is results oriented and able to deal with ambiguity

• Highly adaptive, able to identify issues and troubleshoot proactively

• Communicates effectively (written and oral)



Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest and/or experience in sports, gaming, fashion, culture, music

• Strong research skills and comfort in translating data into actionable tactics

• Calm under pressure while exuding competence and “can do” attitude

• Hungry and curious - eager to bring new insights, ideas and opportunities
