Job Description
Required Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent



Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of client service and operational experience

• Previous Banking Experience

• Accept and process order from property management companies to provide coupon books or statements to consumers

• Effective Listening and problem solving

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Detailed Oriented with the ability to multi task



Association Services Client Representative Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze payment for processing

• Convert and work on Excel Spreadsheets

• Ability to analyze and interpret data

• Update database with consumer information

• Research bank database using data on checks and post where needed
