Job Description
***Only qualified Employee Relations Specialist candidates located in British Columbia Province area to be considered***

Required Education:
• Highschool/GED or equivalent

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Understanding of Canadian Employment Law, obligations and associated policies

Overview: Support for all Canadian employees and the business in anything relating to Employee Relations. While there currently isn’t a team based in Canada, this is a Global ER team of eight.

Job Duties:
• Project work will include: policy review and update, process review and update, advice and guidance on performance, disciplinary, grievance, reductions, and sickness absence
• Will partner with the wider team and People Business Partners, Payroll, and Total Rewards

Location: Home-based, must reside in British Columbia Province
