Job Description
***Only qualified Bookkeeper who is local to Fort Wayne, IN will be considered for this position. This is an onsite role. ***

Competencies:

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Reliable, organized, detailed and focused

• Ability to multitask and manage time well

• Bookkeeping background preferred



Education Qualification:

High School Diploma or GED.



Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable: Assists with all clerical functions of Accounts Payable

• Match invoices to receipts, voucher invoices in the system, review and address unmatched costs, cut checks, mail checks

• Manage multiple checking account balances

• Maintain updated vendor information

• Manage various accounting projects

• Responsible for record retention

• Basic accounting and bookkeeping function backup

• Ensure customer service requirements are met.
