Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. The candidate must possess the demonstrated ability to perform moderately complex quantitative analysis with the ability to gather, document, analyze and draw conclusions on data and information. The candidate will possess three to five years of experience in the field of analysis. Responsible for developing strategies that support business need for efficient and effective use of best practices. Identify requirements, approach, solutions, costs, risks and options to address business need. Lead implementation activities of an initiative, application or feature set. Responsible for project documentation including definition, requirements, conversion, testing, implementation and training. Able to priorities initiatives by assessing business value for effort and develop options. Collaborates with vendor to understand product direction, release strategy, and timeframe. Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging state-of-the-art computer/network systems technologies, architectures and products.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
· Perform Desktop Geospatial analysis to locate Missing Pole Assets and Pole Identification.
· Validate Pole Asset location using tools such as, ArcGIS Online, Map3D, Google Earth, and Lidar
· Identify missing records in Client Records Management Systems (SAP, cGIS, Circuit Mapping)
· Review field captured photographic evidence and document when key information is found
· Consolidation of research and field evidence and prepare documentation necessary to perform System of Record corrections
· Review work order documentation for specific key information and document when that information is found
· Research & make recommendations on how to correct asset records that have conflicting details between field conditions and our digital records.
Required Skills/Attributes
· Experience working on/facilitating cross-functional project teams
· Spatial capabilities including ability to read a map, decipher directions, and interpret multiple inputs of information to make logical conclusions
· Two or more years of experience identifying problem statements, root cause analysis, solution review, tracking, and reporting
· Experience performing technical writer functions, mapping out process flows/documentation and making recommendations
Desired Skills/Attributes
· Two or more years of experience working with one or more of the following applications: AutoCAD Map 3D, ArcGIS, or ArcGIS Online or ESRI
· Two or more years of experience working with Microsoft Excel Functions (e.g. Vlookup, IF)
· Bachelor degree in Geography, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science with an emphasis in GIS
· Operational experience within the public utility industry
· Experience with Records Management Systems (e.g. SAP, ESRI, ArcGIS, SAS)
· Experience using business applications to create and edit complex reports, graphs, and presentations - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
