Job Description
This position ties technology to our business needs and determines how new solutions, carrier business rules, and industry changes will affect our customers. He/She performs analysis to ensure we maximize the positive impact across the business, documents what needs to be built and certifies the resulting product with our carrier business partners. This position enables the organization to achieve its goals and brings value to our teams and customers.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience

Required Qualifications:
• Highly experienced in Requirements elicitation and documentation analysis
• Hands-on experience with Software Development tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other documentation tools
• Experience with Azure Dev OPS/ADO-TFS, Visio, eliciting requirements and facilitating meetings.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Excel) Performs business analysis with minimal guidance and creates requirement deliverables for complex projects.
• Elicits and analyses complex business problems and needs.
• Stays current on industry best practices, trends, tools, and techniques.
• Builds solid relationships with all project stakeholders.
• At least 2-4 years of prior experience working as a Senior Business Analyst role in a large Project/Program with capability to run smaller projects/programs within those independently, working with a team of BA’s and guiding them.
• Experience with Agile Business Analysis
• Self-driven and eager to learn.
• Understanding of SAFe methodology
• Experience with user story/use case creation.
• Ability to facilitate requirements through prototyping, wireframes as needed.
• Knowledge of Requirements Analysis, Requirements Elicitation and Requirements Management
• Project or Program management expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in JAVA, .NET and API documentation.

Licenses & Certifications:
• IIBA Certification Required

Responsibilities:
• Works with little or no supervision on projects of moderate to high complexity and independently on projects of low to moderate complexity.
• Serves as liaison between our Business Development, Development and Quality Assurance teams.
• Serves as the primary technical contact with carrier partners and certification teams.
• Contributes to the identification of solutions, elicitation and development of business and functional requirements that meet the needs of the business in a date driven business and application development environment.
