Job Description
Required skills:
• Have 2 years of recent relevant experience defining and documenting business requirements for applications and data
• Have 4 years’ experience interacting professionally with a wide variety of people in diverse roles (e.g. executives, contractors, technical experts, users) to develop and implement automated business processes
• Have 1 year of experience working with front line clients in service delivery-based organizations
• Have 3 years of experience working with an agile team using scrum methodologies
• Have experience working effectively with non-technical end users as relates to testing, including writing business test cases, conducting functional testing, and supporting UAT
• Experience providing business analysis related to integrated custom applications with complex business processes
• Must have knowledge of Registries and Digital Services
Additional skills and experience:
• Ability to lead multi-discipline teams in conducting facilitation towards new requirements
• Gathering, development of new business processes, continuous process improvements and appropriate documentation
• Have created and delivered training to customers on the items listed in the mandatory sections
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and documentation including business cases, business requirements documents, use cases or process flows diagramming
• Have experience with usability issues and web-based applications
• Must have knowledge of Registries and Digital Services
Preferred skills:
• Previous experience with Registries Modernization Initiative will be an asset
• Have created technical documentation, diagrams and RFCs
• Have experience writing release communications
• Have knowledge of application design and development life cycle; and all aspects of IT security
