Job Description
Title: Event Coordinator (Community Experience)

Role Info:
• This role will be a part of our Employee Experience team supporting the Austin office in cultivating connections between employees across a multi-building campus, including various events and programs that support our work in building internal community.

Responsibilities:
• Works as part of Employee Experience team to develop & execute a calendar of site wide events, including Colleague Meetups, All Hands and other company-wide programs across multiple buildings
• Creates communications, marketing materials, digital assets etc. for various events & programs
• Owns planning, logistics, and execution for local events in line with approved budget and in coordination with CX team
• Supports coordination & execution of Local Office Welcome and new hire experience
• Support coordination of additional community or cultural events or experiences (such as MRGs and Community Engagement opportunities)
• Collects feedback from attendees, hosts event debriefs, and compiles data on events to inform future planning efforts
• Supports event committees and programming, leveraging colleagues who wish to participate in planning efforts for community building events, by assigning tasks and ensuring completion
• Maintain and update the Austin wiki and microsite to ensure site resources are up to date and relevant
• Manages purchase orders, vendor on-boarding, and statement of work creation (as well as other finance processes) in partnership with Finance

Key Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in event planning for organizations
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time
• Experience managing and working within specified budgets
• Experience using and building out data to solve problems
• Experience with venues, activities, and events resources
• Proven experience building cross-functional relationships between various support partners
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and uncertainty
• Proven experience collaborating as part of a cross-regional team
• Experience in using Microsoft Office Programs, Keynote, Outlook.
• Strong technical skills to utilize internal Event and Registration Tools.
• Strong Communication skills

Must Have Skills:
• End to End Event planning experience (Large scale events/Corporate (200+))
• Sourcing Vendors
• Strong budget management skills
• Marketing Experience
• Multitasking ability
• Creativity and problem solving
• Strategic/ Strong analytical skills
