Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Governance analyst to help establish a robust Data Governance framework across all departments in this role. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing enterprise-wide Data Governance by engaging with both business and Digital stakeholders to understand the requirements and foster the development and acceptance of data principles, policies, and standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data governance and data management.
• End-to-end data governance experience including data glossary and metadata work and working with business users on adoption.
• Experience supporting data governance, management, quality, and stewardship programs
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering and creating detailed documentation and workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with management and team members
• Strong proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
• Critical thinker and ability to work well in a team and independently
Preferred Skills:
• Hands on experience working with data governance tools such as Atlan.
• Experience with Data Lakes and relational databases.

• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing enterprise-wide Data Governance by engaging with both business and Digital stakeholders to understand the requirements and foster the development and acceptance of data principles, policies, and standards.
• This role demands a proactive individual who can work collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholders to build consensus, enhance data quality, and address data-related issues efficiently
