Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree is required



Required Skills for the Enterprise Mobile Business Analyst:

- Exceptional analysis, problem identification and resolution skills.

- Ability to structure and drive working sessions that promote collaboration, achieve synergy and achieve desired outcomes.

- Continuous improvement mindset - not settling for what the status quo is

- Comfort in working with a highly functional team - multiple business stakeholders, user experience designers, reliability engineers, supporting applications (infrastructure, app monitoring tools, etc)

- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services

- Knowledge/Experience in the following disciplines is preferred: information security, user experience design, mobile app, data mapping

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technology colleagues at all organizational levels.

- Experience in Agile methodology including developing estimates, prioritizing deliverables and experience with Agile planning tools like Rally, JIRA, etc.

- Experience with recommending priority based on their own understanding of what business goals have been articulated in the past

- At least 3+ years of professional experience



Enterprise Mobile Business Analyst Overview:

The Digital Enablement Organization is seeking a Business Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with technology and business professionals to develop solutions and deliver key capabilities to the business. With an understanding of Mobile App fundamentals, Agile practices, and business analysis you will work on a wide variety of initiatives to develop solutions supporting multiple business organizations. This is an opportunity for an individual with a passion for understanding business problems and developing creative solutions on business-critical systems.



The role will be responsible for:

- Deconstructing business requirements into detailed user stories

- Detailed documenting of API mapping data elements to specific business rules

- Participating and leading backlog refinement sessions and understanding the technical aspects of each story

- Conducting stakeholder interviews and requirement workshops

- Interacting with Product Owners, end users, and other stakeholders to illicit, document and test new requirements, test and validate existing requirements.

- The BA will also be required to perform testing of the mobile app
