Job Description
Travel:
Travel required 10%-15%, 2 times-2 days on site
Description:
Managing Business Consultant with IT/ Business Understanding of IT systems (high-level). Ability to understand IT strategy, Business analysis and the ability to run executive interviews and prepare documents.
Responsibilities:
• Strategic Assessment
• Review Lakeside Foods'' IT Strategy, Program of Work, business strategy, and operating model
• Help analyze existing IT and OT capabilities
• Help identify gaps between current capabilities and strategic objectives
• Discovery and Analysis
• Review data, application, and infrastructure architectures
• Initiative Identification and Prioritization
• Help develop Results Chain linking investments to business outcomes
• Help identify and assess initiatives addressing Lakeside Foods'' needs, including the ServiceNow
• Help prioritize initiatives based on business value, investment, risks, and capabilities
• Roadmap Development
• Help create a prioritized 3-5 year roadmap of initiatives
• Help develop a high-level Benefits Realization Plan
• Risk and Change Management
• Help identify high-level risks and key Organizational Change Management considerations
• Deliverables and Presentation Help produce final deliverables: IT Strategic Roadmap, prioritized initiative list, Benefits Realization Plan, and Investment Plan
