Job Description
Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst, preferably within a master data management space in the banking industry



Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficient in Azure DevOps, Power BI, Oracle SQL, and Confluence and reporting in that skill

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ability to apply them in project management

• Should be able to connect data from multiple systems, analyze them and infer business relationships

• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation



Preferred Qualification:

• Previous FS, Party, and Account data domain knowledge

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high quality and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously



Business Analysts Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the project stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring clear understanding and documentation

• Analyze and prioritize requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications

• Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking, documentation, and management, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of infrastructure projects

• Apply agile methodologies to streamline project delivery, adapting processes to meet project timelines and deliverables

• Conduct detailed problem-solving to address and resolve project hurdles, employing innovative solutions to meet business objectives

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications, process diagrams, and user guides

• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress

• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to processes and systems to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes
