Job Description
***Only qualified Issues Management Support Analyst candidates located near the Tampa, FL area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



Required Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree



Preferred Education:

• Master's degree



Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience

• Advanced knowledge of Issues Management

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

• Expertise in Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies

• Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills

• Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive

• Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging



Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, delivering and maintaining best-in-class Compliance Issues Management programs, policies and practices for the client

• Work with Management on governance and the facilitation of the execution of the Client’s Issues Management Program

• Accountable for the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the implementation of the Global Issues Management Policy, Standard, and Procedure, along with the Client’s Issues Management Procedure and other internal processes.

• Conduct deep dives and analysis across the issues management space

• Ensure the identification of issue root cause, partnering with control and process owners to recommend holistic corrective actions and improvements, and provide checks and challenges to ensure appropriate escalation in accordance with Issue Management and Escalation Policies

• Support management in the review and challenge process, within the FLUs, on the effective design and management of controls to mitigate risks as required by the Control Standards, including implementation and operation, conducting the control monitoring, handling deficiencies, and escalating issues for resolution

• Responsible that adequate governance and training are in place to support the Issues Management program

• Take ownership to ensure that issues management responsibilities and accountabilities are embedded within each area across the client, including providing training and leading by example
