Job Description
***Only qualified Call Center Accounts Receivables Analyst candidates located near Nashville, TN area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



Education & Experience:

* High School Diploma

* At least 1-year prior call center experience needed



Position Requirements:

* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office

* Excellent communication and writing skills

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Personal accountability

* High level of integrity

* Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge/Experience of Excel

Responsibilities for this position will include the following:

* Receives inbound calls in high volume AR department and assists with AR related customer questions

*Assist in managing high volume AR department email boxes

* Escalates issues and difficult matters to appropriate department.

* Effectively utilize technology and other tools to accomplish tasks.
