Places outbound calls (regarding account status, complaints, etc.) and handles incoming calls (inquiries, complaints, etc.) and directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary

• How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? 6 months-1 year preferred in Call center/Scheduling environment

Part Time: 9AM - 1PM shift (Mon, Tues, Wed) and 1PM - 5PM shift (Mon, Thurs, Fri) To clarify, we need coverage both in the morning and in the afternoon to cover lunch and breaks. Specifically, we require 6 employees to work 4 hours a day from Monday to Friday. This means we need coverage for the 9 AM to 1 PM shift and the 1 PM to 5 PM shift. Each employee will be working 20 hours per week.

• Interview Process: IN PERSON INTERVIEWS - 15 minutes back-to-back (Friday, Monday and Tuesday mornings starting at 9AM) Interview availability should be on resumes for easy scheduling.

• Top Daily Responsibilities: answer phones, create messages (capture full information), scheduling/appointment scheduling in EPIC (healthconnect), research

• Top (3) Skills Candidate Should Have:

• Call center and scheduling

• Service or/customer service

• Job hopper vs longer employers

• Medical terminology

• Multitask

• Typing - average 40 WPM

• Office setting experience - 6 months - 1 year

Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Microsoft suites (outlook, teams, SharePoint), EPIC (healthconnect)
