Required Education: High School Diploma
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work Ethic: Dependable and accountable for punctuality and attendance
• Work Environment: Ability to work in a quiet, professional space with minimal distractions
• Adaptability: Capable of handling changing schedules and client needs

Job Overview:
Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for problem-solving and delivering excellent service? Join our dynamic call center team, where you''ll work from the comfort of your home, assisting customers and handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Job Duties:
• Provide exceptional support to customers via inbound calls, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively
• Troubleshoot customer concerns, answer questions, and ensure positive interactions
• Navigate various systems to access information and manage customer accounts
• Maintain accurate documentation for all customer interactions
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines, ensuring schedule adherence during shifts

Schedule & Training:
• Training (3/10 – 3/21): 7:45 am to 4:30 pm CST (Paid Training)
• Nesting (3/24 – 4/4): 7:45 am to 4:30 pm CST
• Regular Schedule (Starting 4/7): 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST, with possible schedule adjustments (earliest 7:50 am, latest 6:00 pm CST)
