The Change Enablement Analyst assists with change efforts across a variety of technologies for collaboration, event management, CRM, finance, BI, and infrastructure.

• The ideal candidate for this role has broad experience working in an IT division and has successfully implemented a change enablement/change management plan to integrate a new/updated technology or process.

• The analyst should be able to build enthusiasm and minimize resistance during pre-implementation activities, design appropriate training and change activities, and reinforce best practices during post-implementation monitoring.



Essential Job Functions

• The Change Enablement team assists with change efforts across a variety of technologies for collaboration, event management, CRM, finance, BI, and infrastructure.

• The ideal candidate for this role has broad experience working in an IT division and has successfully implemented a change enablement/change management plan to integrate a new/updated technology or process.

• The analyst should be able to build enthusiasm and minimize resistance during pre-implementation activities, design appropriate training and change activities, and reinforce best practices during post-implementation monitoring.

• Create an end-to-end plan to integrate new technology coordination between business stakeholders and IT partners

• Analyze (or re-engineer) business and technology processes clearly and comprehensively

• Define and evaluate change effectiveness against measurable objectives through all phases of the project

• Demonstrate experience with one or more documentation tools to create high-quality knowledge base articles/technical documentation with consistent formatting – sample required

• Leverage multiple communication channels targeted to various audience sizes and technical backgrounds. – sample required

• Create training for self-service and in-person/virtual modes of learning using digital authoring tools (DAS, Articulate Rise, and/or video) – sample required.

Years of experience required:

• 3 to 5 years' experience



Top Skills In Order of Preference:

• Experience managing end-to-end technology change (awareness through monitoring).

• Self Starter capable of analyzing change impacts with multiple stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented in creating quality digital training resources.



Daily assignments/duties this contractor would manage or support:

• Develop and manage change activities across multiple projects

• Collaborate and apply info from project meetings to refine change

• Create content in the form of communications or documentation

• Monitor recently deployed technology to evaluate user change and opportunities to remediate/re-train"
