Description:

• M365 Collaboration Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and governance of collaboration tools within the organization.

• This position involves creating and maintaining Power Platform environments, ongoing cleanup of existing environments, and managing permissions, roles, and auditing.

• A core responsibility of this position is coordinating platform governance, including updates and enhancements to the Power Platform Center of Excellence, and monitoring resource usage to support critical applications effectively.

• The administrator will manage app registrations for SharePoint Online, oversee content archival, and support Compliance/Information Security with access reviews and data classification.

• Additionally, they will handle service configuration management, monitor SharePoint features, and manage third-party application add-ins.

• The role extends to managing content sharing risks, supporting content re-organization, and providing advanced support for file sync issues, recovery, and malicious file remediation.

• The administrator will also manage search configurations, analytics, AI Builder credits, and Copilot feature availability, as well as support the adoption of various Microsoft 365 tools and handle ownership transfers of Forms upon user account inactivation.

• 6 - 8 years if coming from an equivalent role

Ideal Candidate

• The ideal candidate for this position would typically have knowledge obtained through a bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of 6 to 8 years'' work experience; or 10 to 12 years of progressive information system experience with 6 to 8 years as a Collaboration Administrator or equivalent role.



Top 3-4 Skills in Order of Preference

• A Deep technical understanding of the Power Platforms ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)

• Must have a strong understanding of Security and Compliance.

• Communication and Collaboration - This position will require working with various stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements as well as training and on-going support.
