Job Description
BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for creating and implementing employee communication content that creates excitement, drives engagement, aligns teams / individuals, and helps shape culture.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, Business, or a related field and two (2) years of related experience in a Marketing or Communications-related function; or five (5) years of related experience in a Marketing or Communications-related function; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in internal communications in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated skill in building rapport and partnership at all levels of the organization while driving toward consensus.
• Demonstrated experience in developing Communications Strategies and Programs.
• Demonstrated experience writing and editing corporate communications.
• Demonstrated experience as a creative problem solver and strong cross-functional partner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint as appropriate to the position and assignment.

ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for end-to-end creation and deployment of internal communications supporting PENA business and culture initiatives.
• Serves as point person for all business-related communication requests ensuring SLA process is followed.
• Manage content calendar, determine appropriate platform to utilize, and timing.
• Responsible for ongoing collaboration with creative and IT teams to ensure Power Hub remains up to date with current and relevant content. Routinely review and recommend improvements to the site.
• Assists in the coordination, content planning and execution of live meetings and events, such as the All-Hands Meeting.
• Develops messaging and communications to support PENA business and culture initiatives.
• Provides support for external communications and events.
• Helps amplify internally to employees.
• Analyzes effectiveness of marketing programs by monitoring key analytics, reporting to the team and offering recommendations for improvements.
• Builds cross-functional relationships with brand and marketing peers to evaluate existing strategy and identify ways to enhance to proactively drive corporate messages.

OTHER
• Responsible for the management of information security as part of the normal management of the business.
• Must cooperate with the company ISM professionals in implementing the information security policies within the company, and ensures that information is handled in compliance with the Global ISM related regulations.
• Collects, analyzes, reports and presents data as information.
• Prepares reports, charts, graphs, and other statistical information.
• Interprets and complies with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Initiates, recommends, and provides solutions through designated communication channels.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
