*Position is fully remote, but candidates must reside in either the state of TX or FL to be considered.

*Hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST/9am-6pm EST.



Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the basics of Excel (filtering, basic formulas, copying new sheets, simple pivot tables) is required.

• Strong writing and communication skills required.

• Needs knowledge of MS Office Suite and Outlook, and ability to track tasks and prioritize to deliver results on time.

• Track projects in Workfront. Ability to problem solve.

• Collect and analyze reporting data, updating email reports as needed.



Responsibilities:

• Designs and coordinates direct patient communications with a specific focus on acquisition, integration and operational changes in care notifications (provider change, term or move; clinic closure or move; payer term; panel movement, etc.), patient engagement letters and mailings, patient quality letters and mailings, Medicare ACO and CIN notices, and other.

• Position may include creation and deployment of nonclinical patient emails, project tracking and adherence to compliance and legal requirements.

• Position includes other duties as assigned that are critical to the effectiveness of the communications team.

• Position includes sourcing data from various places and putting them together in a cohesive report using Excel.
