Job Description

• Strong written/analytical/verbal communication skills
• Capability to interact with all levels of personnel including management
• Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing information and applying policies

• Excellent and detailed research and analytical skills
• Works well under pressure with recognition of time deadlines imposed by management, with time-effective skills to meet these deadlines.
The candidate will report to the NAM Compliance Senior Director and will assist the Aggregate Spend Tracking and Reporting (ASTAR) Team in resolving/addressing compliance and transparency issues as well as implement and support the compliance strategies of the Client. This position requires an experienced professional who is expected to contribute to and deliver compliance-related processes, in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, and thus contribute to team results.
Responsibilities.
• Researches, analyzes, and remediates aggregate spend-relevant data as well as other compliance-related data using statistical and data analytics methods to create information on the company’s financial records (e.g., Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses, Accounts Payable expenses, and other source systems).
• Assists in the creation and management of data assets, reports, and/or metrics to track, monitor, and audit compliance-related data used to communicate to various internal and/or external stakeholders. Strong monitoring and auditing skills to review post-event details conduct data validations (e.g., NPI reviews), and assist with employee follow-up as necessary.
• Monitoring and auditing of the company’s Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses, Accounts Payable expenses, and other source systems.
• Carries out ad hoc projects in support of the NAM Compliance team as necessary, including assisting/guiding employees on various compliance topics.
• Integrity review and remediation of aggregate spend data via the use of third-party vendor transparency reporting tools, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Access), etc.
• Tracking and communicating various compliance-training activities provided to company employees.
• Analyze and present various compliance tracking data for stakeholder review.
• Assists with the development and facilitation of ASTAR-related training/training materials for the commercial business.
• Assist with ad hoc travel requirements of Compliance Officers.
