Seeking a Product Owner within the Marketing Operations organization who will be instrumental in defining and building functional requirements for marketing processes and procedures within Workfront. Your expertise in marketing process management and your strategic vision will drive the efficiency and success of our marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
• Proven experience with Workfront or similar project management tools.
• Strong understanding of marketing processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements and process flows.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Product Owner to help us streamline our marketing operations through the effective use of Workfront.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements for Workfront.
• Develop and document detailed business requirements and process flows for marketing operations.
• Ensure that Workfront configurations align with the business requirements and support the overall marketing strategy.
• Lead the implementation of new processes and procedures within Workfront, ensuring seamless integration and adoption by marketing teams.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to marketing teams on Workfront usage and best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the marketing operations team and Workfront administrators.
• Stay current with industry trends and Workfront updates to ensure our marketing processes remain cutting-edge and efficient.
