Job Description
What You’ll Do

As part of the Expert Care National - High Touch Technical Support (HTTS) team, you will work with an outstanding team of Tier 3 Technical Consulting Engineers. In this role, you will specialize in one of or more core technologies while learning the foundations of Client network products, protocols, and best practices. You will work as part of a collaborative team to provide technical support during critical network issues and manage a case load of lower critical issues for Client United States Public Sector customers. You will collaborate with other professional Client teams with a focus on problem resolution and garner access to Client advanced labs.





Who You’ll Work With

The Expert Care National - HTTS team natively provides leading-edge technical support at security classification to our Federal and SLED customer base via phone, email, web, and remote access; thus, transforming the way our customers meet their critical mission and business needs. Support is provided to Client customers, partners, account teams, and other engineers to troubleshoot & debug product problems independently. Through collaborative tools, intellectual capital and best-in-class technical expertise, Expert Care National – HTTS team delivers hardware and software solutions to our most critical customers.





Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• Sole US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance

• Client CCNP-CCIE equivalent expertise troubleshooting/supporting one or more of the following 3 technologies:

1. System Management - Catalyst Center formerly DNAC (Digital Networking Architecture Center)

2. Security - Identity Services Engine (ISE)

3. Data Center - Application Centric Application (ACI)

• Resolution leader, problem-solving - troubleshooting methodology

• Communication & Facilitation, Listening & Affirmation, Influence & Persuasion, Public speaking & Presentation, Coaching

• A team player focused on customer success



Desired Skills:

• B.S. degree in a technical field (CS/EE preferred)

• Hands on expertise troubleshooting/supporting with any of the following:

o Routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP

o General protocols: DNS, DHCP, ARP

o Transport protocols: TCP, UDP, QUIC

o Network access protocols: SSH, TELNET, RADIUS, TACACS

o File management protocols: TFTP, FTP, SFTP, SCP

o Secure protocols: TLS, HTTPS, IPSEC, PKI

o Notification protocols: SNMP, SMTP, SYSLOG

o Client technologies: VXLAN, ACI Multipod/Multisite, Nexus Dashboard Orchestrator (NDO), Wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, AnyConnect, and Stealthwatch

o Networking tools: wireshark/packet captures, packet tracer, debugs/log analysis, putty/SecureCRT, Kubernetes, and Postgres

• Client Network Certifications (i.e. CCT, CCST, CCDA, CCDP, CCDE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc.)
