• Video/Audio Editing/Quality experience

• Deep knowledge of the social media landscape and experience using AI tools



Years of Experience: 6+ years of experience with journalism, digital content strategy, production and relevant skills



How many rounds of interviews? 2 Rounds:

Edit Test - graded by team

1-2 days to finish/sent by email to supplier/candidate

First Round - 30 mins

Second Round - 30 mins with another leader

Types of Interviews 1:1 (for training purposes another leader will shadow on interviews)

Interview Duration 30 minutes

Job Description:

• Write, edit and review content for Client platforms, ranging from creative copy to straightforward, informative text.

•Perform analysis and produce reports with compelling, actionable insights for our partners.

•Apply review guidelines to content at scale, maintaining commitment to accuracy and consistency.

•Collaborate with our content and product teams to improve user experience.

•Have the ability to work an extended schedule as required, including Saturday and Sundays.



Minimum qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with journalism, digital content strategy,

• 6+ production and relevant skills

• Prior experience in prompt engineering, annotation and managerial experience preferred

• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and impeccable track record of editorial judgment around nuanced topics (politics, bias, gender, religion etc.) to quality control large datasets of text

• Familiarity with AP Style

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Proficiency in spreadsheet apps (e.g. Google Sheets, MS Excel) and/or other data analytics tool

• Ability to perform and support basic data analysis and visualization Audio and video expertise

• Backgrounds with visual experience (photo editing, video production) or creative writing



Preferred qualifications:

•Deep knowledge of the social media landscape and experience using AI tools



Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required.
