Education/Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., storytelling, character creation) and at least one year of AI experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.



Top Must-have HARD Skills:

• Fluency in Japanese and English is required

• Must be able to work APAC hours

• Experience working with creative teams, internally and externally

• Previous experience with content development, marketing, or localization for the Japanese market is required

• Experience with anime and gaming industries is required



Good to have skills:

• Experience with prompt engineering, visual and multimodal content, and design systems (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite Products)

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and manage one's own hours

• Experience shipping products with stringent deadlines



Scope:

• Creative experts tasked to collaborate with industry partners to create notable IP content and characters



Summary:

• The main function of a content specialist is to produce innovative, relevant and creative GenAI content to encourage engagement with users across our ecosystem and platforms. The typical specialist will have excellent editorial judgment, expert writing and editing skills.



Responsibilities:

• Provide creative direction and guidance on AI character development, editorial projects, and content creation

• Collaborate with Japanese creators and studios to develop resonant AI experiences on Client’s platforms

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product) to develop and deploy high-quality content and improve the product experience

• Develop and maintain expertise in our AI technology and its capabilities

• Design, prompt, and optimize content pipelines, including content pitches, mocks, and asset creation

• Optimize content by testing, evaluating and enhancing performance efforts and instructing partners and designers on asset creation, prompting and modeling best practices

• Available to work APAC hours as requested



Skills:
