Job Description
***Only qualified Content Writer-Program Analyst Business candidates located near the Jersey City, NJ area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes and qualifications:

• 1-3 years of professional experience writing, editing and curating content; Marketing or journalism experience a plus

• Strong leadership and influencing and matrix management skills, with ability to motivate and drive diverse groups of individuals

• Drive results with high degree of accountability and affect change without direct authority; proven time and task management competencies with an exceptional attention to detail

• Strong functional understanding of presentation preparation

• Strong record as Program or Project Manager leading strategic cross-functional projects

• Knowledge of graphic design and web design a plus

• Ability to analyze and react to problems and/or situations, ensuring that the overall process is not adversely impacted

• Ability to generate effective communications and manage multiple projects simultaneously within aggressive deadlines. Must be able to liaise with a wide variety of personalities

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Stakeholder Management programs and projects globally, including reporting, analysis, content creation, design, and slide development

• Data review and analysis, reporting (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint)

• Generate BAU and ad hoc content for internal staff, external stakeholders and all levels of colleagues and management (e.g. monthly updates, presentations, quarterly newsletters, etc.)

• Effectively operate in a multi-faceted and constantly changing environment, with the responsibility for managing multiple projects of changing scope and priority

• Serve as liaison between multiple stakeholders, including Global/Regional teams to synthesize information for communications / presentations

• Coordinate ISG internal and external content, data and management material with senior management and regional partners

• Develop and execute feedback programs / surveys and provide insightful analysis

• Prepare presentation materials to support stakeholder reviews

• Support Portfolio Data Management Head in ad hoc requirements

• Support periodic management and regulatory reporting activities, meeting all deadlines

• Perform duties within the ethical and compliance guidelines of the firm
