Job Description


As a Customer Contract Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for:



• Working with internal and external key players to implement contract details, such as terms & conditions, pricing, and other contractual obligations, into various systems to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customers.

• Perform quality assurance checks monthly for previously processed contract request.

• Responsible for driving the implementation of all contract/customer setup requests and meeting implementation deadlines.

• This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below.

• Proficient use of the suite of Microsoft Office products.

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot tasks based on business needs.

• Coordinate and manage the exchange of information, documents, and data.

• Required skills to have for the success of this role

• Experience in contract implementation is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and unsupervised with sharp critical thinking.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to perform under time constraints.

• High levels of proficiency and quality in data inputs.

• Strengths in reading and interpreting complex contracts.

• Ability to plan and prioritize activity and stay aligned with organizational goals and strategies.



Experience Required:

• Nice to have minimum of 1 year in contract review and accounting experience working with contracts.

• Analytical skills to review contract verbiage from an accounting perspective.

• Experience acting as a liaison between Finance and Billing, converting data from contracts and interpreting it into the ERP system.

Additional Information:

=• High volume data processing: 10-15 contracts per day into ERP.

• Fast-paced environment.

• Experience with contracts, terms & conditions, and special clauses.



ERP system experience:

• Invoicing, billing, product ordering, collections, and revenue recognition.
