Job Description
***Only qualified Corporate Trust Associate candidates located near the NYC, NY area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



Qualifications:

• Experience working in a Corporate Trust or Corporate Agency & Trust environment

• Proficient in managing transaction lifecycles, including client onboarding, account opening, and payment processing

• Experience working with regulatory compliance and adhering to internal policies and procedures in a financial services environment

• Experienced in coordinating with both internal teams and external clients to support transaction setup, inquiries, and reporting



The position is an intermediate to advanced Corporate Trust level position for the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Agency & Trust transactions. The position will assist in implementing, maintaining new, and existing transactions.



Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Special Agency (Escrow, PF, Insurance, Loans)

• Assist Transaction Managers with managing client day-to-day activities related to their transactions

• Assist with the Amendment process for Columbia Trust mandates

• Assist with SNC tracking and reporting

• Assist with supporting the distribution of relevant notices

• Assist Transaction Managers in completion of internal projects related to their transactions and to Client

• Address transactional inquiries from both internal and external Agency & Trust clients in connection with transactions

• Adhere to Client Agency & Trust policies and procedures for client onboarding, deal implementation, account opening, deal payment processing and deal maintenance

• Coordinate with Operations and clients for transaction set-up, activity and reporting

• Coordinate with Operations for inquiries from clients

• In all matters, demonstrate particular consideration for the banks reputation and safeguarding Client, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
