Required Education: High School Diploma or Above



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

• Proficiency with SAP is a strong advantage.

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to independently research and resolve discrepancies with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy.



Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory & Cost Analyst to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy of inventory data, cost analysis, and supporting financial operations. If you''re passionate about problem-solving, data integrity, and process improvement within a manufacturing environment, this opportunity is for you.



Job Duties:

Inventory Management:

• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.

• Lead cycle counting initiatives for direct materials and spare parts to ensure accurate reporting.

Cost Analysis:

• Conduct standard costing and Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Assist in reconciling invoice discrepancies related to materials.

Financial Support:

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.

• Reconcile general ledger accounts and support monthly closing activities.

Audit & Compliance:

• Assist with internal and external audits, providing data and documentation as required.

• Maintain accurate records to support compliance initiatives.
