Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting the creative and administrative needs of the Programming team at Client. The Content Programming Coordinator collaborates directly with the Content Programming Manager, Lead to assist with day-to-day needs as related to the ad package workstream and Search Landing Page programming across multiple markets. The role requires strong attention to detail and skills in data organization, project management, content programming, and more.
What you''ll do:
• Support the end-to-end workflow for editorial sponsorships, including tracking deliverables, QAing campaigns, and sharing post-wrap reports with the Sales team
• Create and maintain decks showcasing past sponsorship campaigns as they go live
• Support content programming and scheduling on Client''s high-impact Search Landing Page
• Assist with data inputs and organization
• Support with miscellaneous creative and administrative tasks as needed
Skills:
• 3 years of relevant work experience with platform, brand or content background
• Proven ability to help manage large and small-scale programs and campaigns
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to work on multiple campaigns/priorities simultaneously
• Outstanding communication skills
• Creative background and design skills (not required)
