Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Previous customer service experience is required. Experience in benefits or enrollment services is a strong advantage.

• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

• Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple customer interactions and administrative tasks effectively.

• High attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer accounts.



Job Overview:

Join Health’s Enrollment Services team and play a pivotal role in assisting customers through their enrollment journey. As an Enrollment Services Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact, guiding customers from account initiation to understanding costs, service details, and activation. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service, strong attention to detail, and a knack for learning quickly in a dynamic environment.



Job Duties:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the enrollment process.

• Guide customers through account setup, reviewing costs and service details, and ensuring a seamless transition to activation and training.

• Utilize exceptional communication skills to assist customers over the phone, addressing inquiries and providing clear guidance.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all enrollment steps are completed with precision.

• Learn and apply the specific enrollment process through comprehensive training.

Specific Details: Will be trained on the specific enrollment process but having some previous benefit or enrollment experience is a plus.
