• Have prior customer service experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office, and Word
Description:
• As an Outbound Call Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Support product recalls by:
1) Contacting customer through multiple means of communication, including a minimum of 10 calls per hour, using an online phone system
2) Ensuring 100% customer response
3) Monitoring and maintaining effective documentation of recall receipts
Required skills to have for the success of this role
• A positive, professionally, and high energy approach to customer interactions
• The ability to track customer responses and organize to meet pre-determined targets
• The ability to follow processes and written phone scripts
• No travel is required
• Collecting and documenting customer emails for future contact
• Following good documentation practices to record all interactions with customers
• Being a team player within a support team and sharing your knowledge and experience with your other team members - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
