A leader in vehicle ecommerce, Client Motors aims to be where consumers shop first when searching for cars, trucks, motorcycles, commercial trucks and other specialty vehicles. We recently launched a new checkout experience that allows Client customers to buy or sell a vehicle simply, safely, and completely online. In this role, you are responsible for bringing buyers and sellers together utilizing the tools and services at your disposal. The process includes outreach by email, text, phone, and other means necessary to facilitate a happy buyer and seller utilizing the online selling tools.



What you will accomplish:



? Helping complete online transactions by opening the lanes of communication

? Calling, texting, and emailing the buyer and seller to educate them on Client sales and our online checkout experience

? Facilitate delivering GMV (online vehicle sales) to the Motors Category

? Interact with internal and external partners to realize opportunities

? Hone skills of communication in the Motors industry

? Gather feedback from customers that can be used to improve our vehicles sale and purchase experience



What you will bring:



? Motors industry knowledge and experience

? Proficient communication skills, including being professional, personable, and assertive with mix of business and individual customers

? Track record of task completion

? Located in Draper, UT 5-days a week (M-F) in office with an option to work from home 1-day per week. Hybrid schedule to be revisited after 3-6 month training ramp.
