Job Description
Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

• Advanced Excel skills (including formulas) preferred

• Strong analytical background

• Excellent organizational skills

• Detail-oriented

• Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task

• Ability to learn quickly and work proactively

• Works well in a team environment essential

• Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience using an AS400 system

• Prior music publishing company experience in a copyright administration-related role



Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:

• Responsible for entering the work copyright information onto the company’s database

• Ensuring all works data is entered correctly

• Process, standardize and report cue sheets for film and television

• Identify and report all issues requiring support to the Management

• Other related duties as assigned
