Seeking highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver data initiatives. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analytics, governance, and cloud engineering, combined with excellent organizational and leadership skills.



Required Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with data migration and management along with developing and maintaining data pipelines

• Strong understanding of data analytics, governance and Cloud engineering

Project Manager Summary:

• Project Planning and Execution – Define and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables, including detailed project plan

• Team coordination – Collaborate with Technology and business teams

• Stakeholder engagement – Establish steering/leadership structures, and communicate project updates to stakeholders

• Risk management – Identify potential project risks and mitigation; Ensure compliance with applicable US Bank policies

• Performance monitoring and reporting – Prepare and deliver project report, dashboards and presentations

• Budget and Resource management – Manage project budget and resources



Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage projects with Data Integration and Management: Develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest, process, and store financial data from various sources (internal and external); Integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple systems such as accounting software, trading platforms, financial databases, and market feeds

• Manage projects with Database Design and Optimization

• Data Quality and Governance - Implement data quality checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness; Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX)

• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with data scientists, financial analysts, and business intelligence teams to understand data needs and ensure data is accessible and usable for analysis; Collaborate with software engineers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems
