Additional Information:
This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave for a duration of up to 4 months. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, strong project management skills, and an understanding of design and production processes to ensure the seamless execution of omni-channel content initiatives. The position requires in-office presence 3 days a week at either our Kalamazoo, MI, or Hoboken, NJ location.
Position Overview:
The Coordinator, Design Operations plays a critical role in executing client strategic business unit (BU) and eCommerce initiatives. This role primarily supports the development and delivery of omni-channel content for both existing products and new product development (NPD) programs. This includes content for direct and indirect eCommerce sites, product launches, SEO, printed and digital assets, and more. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth creative development processes, maintaining timelines and budgets, and supporting the design team in the execution of various content and production initiatives.

Experience Required:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in design operations, project management, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with project management software such as Workfront (or similar tools).
Education:
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Production Support:
• Assist in the creation and production of print and digital assets, including product packaging, videos, online advertisements, SEO content, email marketing materials, and website assets.
• Project Coordination:
• Act as the central point for gathering and distributing project information to ensure the team stays on track and workflow remains proactive.
• Content Governance & Best Practices:
• Implement content governance workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure best practices are integrated into design projects.
• Project Scheduling & Monitoring:
• Support and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Artwork Review & Proofing:
• Oversee the routing and review process of artwork throughout the project lifecycle, supporting the design team during digital and physical vendor proofing stages.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the point of contact for internal business partners and external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Task & Project Administration:
• Act as the task and project administrator for all assigned projects, ensuring that all relevant files are released to vendors or cross-functional partners and are properly archived.
• Asset Management:
• Ensure the proper delivery and archiving of assets, including uploading to system stacks, customer portals, and collecting post-production final assets. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
