Job Description
Required Education/Experience
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Entry level 5 years’ experience required
Required Qualification
• Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability (Required), Team player and detail oriented (Required)
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models (Typically required)
• Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology (Typically required)
• Knowledge of relevant computer application, such as CADD CREO 7
Must Have Skills:
• Cabling and harnessing experience in CREO
• Winchill
• CREO 7 (or higher)
Electrical Drafter Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed drawings of electrical components or drawings diagrams and electrical panel layouts using CREO 7 (or higher)
• Utilizes knowledge of electrical materials, engineering practices, and mathematics to complete drawings
• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment
• Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, layout, or detail components and systems and to document electrical drawing changes. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
